VenElite app for iPhone and iPad

VenElite is a “one-stop shop” / end-to- end platform for VC investments for accredited investors. The platform allows an investor to join an exclusive community of VC investors (and communicate via a chat function), learn about VC offerings via webinars and blog posts, view VC invest offerings and if he/she decided invest directly, go through the end to end investor onboarding process (including an investor accreditation), sign the subscription documents and fund his/her investments (directly via ACH or via a wallet), and view his/her portfolio of VC investments in terms of their performance/metrics and receive relevant reports. The app informs investors of relevant portfolio news about the investee companies.
